I will update this as I learn more about the tractor. The tractor is also 4 wheel drive but have never used that feature. I have 2 or 3 that are sheared off and will have to try to tap them out at some point. I got the tractor from new last October and haven't really used it yet but the manual seems to have taken a walk. Although the basic body of the tractor is sound, the bolts used to attach such items as the suitcase are substandard. Is anyone able to send me a copy of the operating manual on the 254 Foton by email, or know where I can download one from please. If not, probably best to stick with one of the more popular brands and most of all, make sure you get a manual. If you are a mechanical person, a used Foton is really a good value. When I changed the fuel filter, I followed the steps in the manual to bleed the air out of the fuel lines and it worked. The tractor was purchased without a manual but I was able to find one for a similar type of tractor that has been very useful.
